The Purpose of the Education Ministry at Turning Point at Calvary is to help people become fully devoted followers of Christ. It is our responsibility as believers to reach people with the gospel and to grow in our faith in Him. Turning Point is a large church and It's easy to get "lost" in the crowd. That is why plugging into a Sunday School is so important! This is a great way to get to know other people and build relationships that will have a lasting impact in your life.
Turning Point is a church that wants to help you in your faith journey. Join a Sunday School class, enroll your child in our Christian Academy or Awana's, and/or enroll in one of our midweek bible studies on Wednesday Nights. Come be a part of the education ministries at Turning Point at Calvary.

Andrew Hale
Education Pastor
Andrew is from the small town of Bassett, VA. After graduating from Trinity Baptist College, he worked in ministry for two years in Jacksonville while in seminary. The Lord has done some great things through Andrew since he came on staff here at TPAC in August of 2011. Andrew served as the student pastor here at TPAC when he came on staff, but has recently taken over the role of Education Pastor, and is excited and open for what God is going to do through the ministry of TPAC for His glory here in St. Johns County, as well as across the world! His life verse is out of Philippians 3:10, which states, "...that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death." Andrew is married to his wife Cheron, and they have a son named Carson.
